  They didn't respond to an e-mail which resulted in an exchange request being outside the 30-day window (oh, and the item was purchased for a holiday gift so there was actually less than 30 days to exchange it). Even though the company was partially to blame, they REFUSED to work with us and help settle an exchange ... not a refund, an exchange. My item is too small to wear, I would have simply liked the next size up and would have been more than willing to pay for shipping.
