  Outstanding restaurant in Safety Harbor. My husband and I decided to try this place in spite of some of the reviews. Boy! I am so glad we did! This place is delicious. I am Italian and I love Greek cuisine so my bar is set very high. We ordered the Greek Bruschetta and it was perfect. The amount of tomatoes, greens and feta cheese was perfect. We then ordered our salads and I was blown away with their Greek Salad. It’s served like a classic Greek salad but they place a small dollop of potato salad beneath and boy that was a pleasant surprise. The flavors worked well. I ordered the Pastitso and my spouse ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. I was a little surprised to see my Pastitso covers in a deep rich red sauce. I never have had it that way and I was again so blown away by the rich deep earthy flavor of their red sauce. It worked! The eggplant was made to perfection with a side of choice of pasta, he picked penne. Everything was cooked perfectly. Nothing was over cooked or under cooked. The red sauce is a big plus and wonderful. I would run here for a classic dinner in Safety Harbor.
